Medisyn seeks to license candidates from its portfolio of therapeutic compounds to an aggressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology partner for development, regulatory approval and marketing.

Predictive in vitro / in vivo data for compound and for specific analogs which include:

• Biology: human tumor cell lines, anticancer agents (mechanism of action), apoptosis,
   protein kinase-C binder, acetyl cholinesterase inhibitor

• ADME: bioavailability, clearance, volume of distribution, half life, bound in plasma, urinary excretion, metabolites, nonrenal pathway, peak time, peak concentration

• Toxicity: LD50 (oral, iv), subchronic, chronic, carcinogenicity, mutagenicity, teratogenicity, hematotoxicity, neurotoxicity, cytotoxicity
