Medisyn Technologies utilizes an in silico technology platform that can differentiate molecular structures numerically and correlate these to topological biological properties. This platform has been successfully documented through customer projects, published journal articles and in vivo studies for over 30 different Medisyn designed drug leads in 14 different therapeutic areas.
The company's core competency is in Forward Engineering™ new or improved molecules from customer specified properties. Forward Engineering™ is able to discover new chemical entities (NCEs) more quickly, at a lower cost, and with less risk than traditional discovery methods. Medisyn can rapidly design novel drugs with improved properties and is able to 'fast-track' compounds during development with its highly accurate QSAR (Qualitative Structural Activity Relationship) predictive capabilities. |
